Fresh Fruit Smoothies

- 1 banana
- or 1 small mango
- 1 tray of fresh raspberries
- or a large handful of frozen berries
- 1 dash almond milk or coconut water
- Reserve some sliced bananas, raspberries or other fresh fruits for toppings.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender until a dense and thick smoothie consistency.
- Garnish as you wish, and enjoy!
